Over 45 of China’s Leading Mayors to Participate in AGT International Seminar
BEIJING, May 30, 2011 – AGT International (AGT), a global public safety and security solutions organization that is among the fastest-growing in the world, successfully completed an elite training seminar for over 45 of China’s leading mayors at the National Academy for Mayors of China (NAMC) on May 23rd in Beijing. The seminar follows a similar event held in October 2010 as well as a new agreement with the NAMC to roll-out an extensive three year training program to support the development of China’s cities. The agreement includes training in urban management, public infrastructure, emergency response and flood control capabilities.
The objective of the May 23rd training session was to educate China’s local mayors, vice mayors, district governors and deputy governors on best practices and offer actionable insights in urban management, transportation management, emergency response management, and urban air pollution and control management.
Commenting on the training seminar, Mati Kochavi, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, AGT International said, “Cities in China face some of the biggest challenges in urban management.
