Mati Kochavi is founder and CEO of AGT International, a global provider of advanced public safety and security solutions. Martin Edelman is AGT International’s Chairman. Having accumulated more than 30 years’ experience in international real estate, corporate transactions and the hospitality industry, Mr. Edelman is currently of counsel to Paul Hastings LLP, where his focus has been large, complex transactions, including cross-border transactions. He has been involved in all stages of legal development of pioneering financial structures, including participating debt instruments, institutional joint ventures in real estate, and joint ventures between U.S. financial sources and European real estate companies. He has also done extensive work in Europe, Canada, Mexico, Japan, the Middle East and Latin America.

He is a frequent speaker at international conferences.

Mr. Edelman is on the Board of Directors of Capital Trust, Avis Budget Group, Inc., and Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. He is on the advisory board at Columbia University’s Business School. Mr. Edelman is an advisor to Grove Real Estate Partners, The Related Companies and Fisher Brothers.

He is on the boards of the Jackie Robinson Foundation, The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the Fisher House Foundation.

Mr. Edelman graduated from Princeton University in 1963 and Columbia Law School in 1966.

Geoff Baird is the head of the Safe City Division of AGT International. He has 25 years’ experience in the high-tech industry, having driven growth and product strategies for start-ups and F500 companies. Geoff has served as CEO of telecommunications firms Commtag, Xtempus and Psion. Immediately before joining AGT, Geoff was VP, Global Product Operations at Avaya, where he oversaw $1B P&L and 500 global employees, reengineered the supply chain and achieved operational excellence. Geoff received his MBA from the London Business School and a BSc in Cybernetics from the University of Reading.

Aviva Arnon is the Chief Human Resources Officer for AGT International. Prior to AGT, she was Director of Human Resources at Nice Systems Inc. following a successful career as Chief Human Resource Officer and Managing Director at a number of other international companies. Ms. Arnon holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Experimental Psychology and a PhD ABD in Business Management.

Manny Burko is the CFO of AGT International. Mr. Burko is a CPA and has 30 years experience as a either a CFO or CEO in both high-tech and project-focused organizations.

Amir Pushinsky is the Chief Portfolio Officer of AGT International. Prior, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at AGT International. He was also the former Vice President of Marketing at Comverse, a publicly traded technology company. Mr. Pushinsky has over 20 years' experience in management and leadership roles across many industries including extensive experience in banking. He also currently serves as a board member in various corporate and non-profit organizations.

Tony Swansson is the President of Projects and Integration of AGT International. Prior to working for AGT, Mr. Swansson was a senior executive with Boeing for 17 years, where he led several multi-billion-dollar contracts and various divisions of the company. He was the General Manager of Space and Communications Services and an Executive Program manager for Ship Systems in Australia prior to relocating to the USA. Boeing selected Mr. Swansson as the Executive Project Manager for the Airport Security Program in the USA, a $1.5B project and the Advanced Avionics Command & Control Systems Program in Phantom works – Boeing's advanced R&D Division. Most recently, as Executive Program Manager for the Secure Border Initiative, Mr. Swansson led the team responsible for implementing a major international border security program. Previous to his leadership roles at Boeing, Mr. Swansson held management positions with the State Energy Commission of Western Australia and DKS Pty Ltd. Mr. Swansson also served for 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy.

Ethan Hadar is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for AGT International. He is an expert in multidisciplinary software and systems’ architecture, design and implementation, and has numerous patents and publications. Ethan worked previously at CA Technologies in various senior positions such as SVP for Corporate Technical Strategy, SVP Corporate Reference Architecture, Distinguished Engineer and SVP for Research. He holds a BSc and MSc in Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD in Software Systems Analysis and Operation Research.
