Mati Kochavi is founder and CEO of AGT International, a global provider of advanced public safety and security solutions. Aviva Arnon is the Chief Human Resources Officer for AGT International. Prior to AGT, she was Director of Human Resources at Nice Systems Inc. following a successful career as Chief Human Resource Officer and Managing Director at a number of other international companies. Ms. Arnon holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Experimental Psychology and a PhD ABD in Business Management.

Lutz Heuser
Chief Technology Officer
Chief Executive Officer of AGT Germany

Professor Dr. Lutz Heuser is the CTO of AGT International and CEO of AGT Germany. He leads R&D activity for all of AGT. He has a PhD from the Technical University of Karlsruhe and is an adjunct Professor at the Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. He is Vice-Chairman of ISTAG (Advisory Group for ICT to the European Commission). Prior to AGT he worked as Global Head of SAP Research.

Manny Burko is the CFO of AGT International. Mr. Burko is a CPA and has 30 years experience as a either a CFO or CEO in both high-tech and project-focused organizations.

Amir Pushinsky is the Chief Portfolio Officer of AGT International. Prior, he held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at AGT International. He was also the former Vice President of Marketing at Comverse, a publicly traded technology company. Mr. Pushinsky has over 20 years' experience in management and leadership roles across many industries including extensive experience in banking. He also currently serves as a board member in various corporate and non-profit organizations.

David has an academic background and an MBA in Data Systems and brings more than 35 years of experience in the Intelligence & Data Analysis industry, having held a series of executive positions in various global concerns.

Paul Hucq
President of Global Business Development and Sales

Paul Hucq is President of Global Business Development and Sales for AGT International. With over 30 years in the security and data communications industries he has worked for Honeywell, Lockheed Electronics, Motorola, and most recently, as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for EADS Secure Networks. He also brings extensive international experience in markets such as Brazil, China, Malaysia, Turkey, USA, and Middle East.

Tony Swansson is the President of Projects and Integration of AGT International. Prior to working for AGT, Mr. Swansson was a senior executive with Boeing for 17 years, where he led several multi-billion-dollar contracts and various divisions of the company. He was the General Manager of Space and Communications Services and an Executive Program manager for Ship Systems in Australia prior to relocating to the USA. Boeing selected Mr. Swansson as the Executive Project Manager for the Airport Security Program in the USA, a $1.5B project and the Advanced Avionics Command & Control Systems Program in Phantom works – Boeing's advanced R&D Division. Most recently, as Executive Program Manager for the Secure Border Initiative, Mr. Swansson led the team responsible for implementing a major international border security program. Previous to his leadership roles at Boeing, Mr. Swansson held management positions with the State Energy Commission of Western Australia and DKS Pty Ltd. Mr. Swansson also served for 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy.

Hannu Juurakko is President of Products for AGT International. Mr. Juurakko has 15 years’ experience in senior management holding positions at Nokia Networks, Telecom Finland, and Alcatel. Most recently at Cassidian (formerly EADS Defense and Security), he served as Vice President in charge of Professional Mobile Radio Network solutions and technologies. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, as well as a second degree in industrial business-to-business marketing from the Institute of Marketing in Helsinki.

Michael Matthews is the Chief Corporate Development Officer for AGT International. He brings with him over 30 years of experience working in all aspects of the high technology industry. Most recently, he was a member of the Global Executive Management Team at Nokia Siemens Networks serving as head of Strategy and Business Development. Prior, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Amdocs, Inc., where he created and established market ownership of a new category of software solutions. Mr. Matthews earlier career included executive and senior-level roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Development with a variety of technology companies such as Groove Networks, Platinum Technology, Sterling Software, DEC, and NCR.
