Distributed Environmental Sensing

Enables citizens and municipal authorities to monitor environmental conditions in their local communities. Citizens receive a small, self-powered sensor module that measures pollution levels by sampling environmental parameters such as gasses and other airborne particles. The module is wirelessly connected to a mobile phone that collects and integrates the data, sending it to a central server for further aggregation, processing, and advanced visualization.
