Safe Neighborhood

Supports authorities by providing citizens and emergency personnel with the tools to help report, respond to, and prevent safety and security incidents during an urban emergency. Using mobile phones and other devices such as tablets and laptops, participants can proactively report incidents to the Urban Disaster Management Command & Control, augmenting reports with visual, audio, or textual data to provide context.
